Donatella Versace turned heads as she stepped onto the runway earlier on Friday to conclude the brand’s presentation amid Milan Fashion Week.
The Italian designer, 67, stunned in a fitted black dress and platform boots to acknowledge the cheering guests at the end of the show.

The businesswoman looked younger than ever in a fitted black dress that fell down past her knees.
The stylish ensemble was sleeveless on the right side, while the left portion contained a longer sleeve.
Donatella strutted with confidence in a pair of shiny, black platform boots that coincided perfectly with the dress.
When talking about during a recent interview with Vogue, the fashion designer expressed that, ‘fashion is about color and joy. Clothes have to inspire you with courage. They have to make you feel like ‘more.’
She became the creative director of the luxury Italian brand following her brother, Gianni Versace’s, tragic death in 1997.

Her platinum blonde hair was parted in the middle, and fell down naturally past her shoulders. She added a pair of gold-hooped earrings to add a pop of color to her monochromatic outfit.
She added only a light layer of makeup on her smooth skin, including a nude-colored lipstick and black eyeshadow.
Donatella took a few steps down the runway as the guests gave her a round of applause. She was pictured waving to the crowd before making her way backstage.
The talented designer opened up about Versace’s message to Vogue. ‘The aim of Versace is to let women, and men too, feel sensual, powerful and free.’
‘Diversity, intended as a plurality of beauty ideals, has to be embraced. And I love the plurality of forms through which female beauty can be expressed,’ the socialite further explained.

The Versace runway presentation on Friday showcased top models such as Bella Hadid, and her older sister, Gigi, who opened the show.
The setting was located in a darkened room, illuminated by dim, purple lighting and candles that lined the runway itself.
Some of the clothing contained colorful options, while black was also a big part of the grunge theme.
Paris Hilton, who is a close friend of Donatella, also had a chance to show off her runway walk in a pink, shimmering minidress to close out the collection.

Donatella discussed taking on the role of creative director over the years to W Magazine, and how failure was just, ‘part of the process.’
‘Once I made peace with my past, I was able to find my own voice. That’s when I really started to do what I wanted.’
‘I brought back the iconic prints of Gianni in my own way, and created new ones. Today I can say that what you see on the runway is truly an expression of who I am,’ the fashion designer added to the publication.
Milan Fashion Week is set to end on September 26, and is known for being one of the top fashion events around the world, alongside New York, Paris, and London Fashion Week.
